DMCA Policy
ChipotleMenuPrices respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how to report copyright infringement and how to file a counter-notice.
Filing A Copyright Complaint
If you believe content on chipotlepricemenu.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed
- The exact URL(s) of the page(s) containing the allegedly infringing material
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
What Happens Next
We review every valid notice promptly. Material found to infringe — or that we cannot verify as lawful — will be removed or disabled. We may also terminate repeat infringers’ access where applicable.
Filing A Counter-Notice
If your content was removed following a complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address including:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
- The URL(s) of the material removed
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
Good-Faith Reminder
Please note that knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — can expose you to legal liability. If you are unsure about your rights, consider seeking independent legal advice before filing.
